Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Drive sales, increase brand awareness, and grow revenues in a fast-paced environment. Actively build and manage a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities.
  2. Maintain a sales funnel report and quarterly sales forecasts.
  3. Drive the performance of key accounts to ensure that sales, distribution, and merchandising opportunities are maximized and the year’s sales budget is achieved.
  4. Generate new business leads from your network & other channels of sales, increasing revenue share from the new business portfolio by adding new clients.
  5. Analyze and evaluate key account sales trends and performance, market penetration, distribution width and depth, and merchandising/promotional thrusts.
  6. Conduct regular field visits to monitor stock levels and displays, develop relationships at the store level, and gather market insights on the ground.
  7. Communicate consumer behaviour and patterns with the marketing team to align strategy.

Requirements

  1. Experienced in sales (at least 5 years in sales), with a proven track record in executing and maintaining accounts.
  2. Minimum Diploma in Sales and Marketing discipline or equivalent.
  3. Proficient in English and Mandarin.
  4. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  5. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Able to work cooperatively in a team and efficiently individually.
  6. A strong ability to quickly understand issues and find good solutions, allowing rapid, accurate troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  7. Owns a vehicle.
