Full Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans
  • Regular communication with key accounts to monitor the health of the account
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on key account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to management and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the scope of services or products offered to key accounts
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and communications with key accounts in CRM systems or databases
  • Foster a culture of customer-centricity, professionalism, and excellence within the organization
  • Proactively identify gaps in current processes and systems and offer solutions for improvement

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Essentials

  • Proficiency with ERP Next or similar application
  • Experience with a ticketing system
  • Experience in e-commerce
  • Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Capable of establishing process design with maximum automation
  • Flexible, independent, and able to work in a team
  • Amenable to work +/- 4 hours CET

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Global Trade
  • Knowledge of the German language
