Reporting to the Vertical Market Manager, we are looking for a Key Account Manager :

  1. Develop and implement effective sales plans for Singapore, focusing on quality, availability, price, and competition, and recommend appropriate business strategies.
  2. Manage product marketing in Singapore cost-effectively, aligning with Group policies.
  3. Ensure customer requirements are effectively communicated to production and technical teams.
  4. Initiate Customer Complaint Reports to address issues promptly and efficiently.
  5. Prepare annual budgets for marketing, sales, and business operations in the local market.
  6. Report monthly on performance against plans, proposing corrective actions as needed.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  8. Maintain in-depth knowledge of waterproofing products to meet client needs effectively.
  9. Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue from key accounts.
  10. Ensure clear communication between clients and internal teams for smooth operations.
  11. Address and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive client relationships.
  12. Stay informed on market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.
  13. Negotiate terms and agreements with key clients for mutually beneficial outcomes.
  14. Retain existing clients through exceptional service and understanding their evolving needs.
  15. Conduct regular contract reviews, ensuring customer requirements align with company capabilities, and collaborate internally to forecast demand and plan inventory.
  16. Provide regular performance reports and insights for continuous improvement.
  17. Gather and update market intelligence, including competitor activities and industry trends, to support marketing and product decisions.
  18. Ensure timely collection of debts within company guidelines.
  19. Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.
