Reporting to the Vertical Market Manager, we are looking for a Key Account Manager :
- Develop and implement effective sales plans for Singapore, focusing on quality, availability, price, and competition, and recommend appropriate business strategies.
- Manage product marketing in Singapore cost-effectively, aligning with Group policies.
- Ensure customer requirements are effectively communicated to production and technical teams.
- Initiate Customer Complaint Reports to address issues promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare annual budgets for marketing, sales, and business operations in the local market.
- Report monthly on performance against plans, proposing corrective actions as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of waterproofing products to meet client needs effectively.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue from key accounts.
- Ensure clear communication between clients and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Address and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive client relationships.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with key clients for mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Retain existing clients through exceptional service and understanding their evolving needs.
- Conduct regular contract reviews, ensuring customer requirements align with company capabilities, and collaborate internally to forecast demand and plan inventory.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights for continuous improvement.
- Gather and update market intelligence, including competitor activities and industry trends, to support marketing and product decisions.
- Ensure timely collection of debts within company guidelines.
- Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.
