Job description

We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Key Account Managerto join our team. Our teams are collaborative, vibrant and fast-growing and all team members are empowered with the freedom to influence our business with ideas that drive innovation and efficiency.

Responsibility

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to foster account growth within the existing client.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
  • Negotiating contract renewals and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and key clients.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their operations, identify areas for improvement and provide solutions using our platform.
  • Work with customer teams to ensure strong product adoption.

Requirements

  • Strong sales and account management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and build long-term relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify client challenges, propose innovative solutions, and drive business growth.
