A day in the life of...
  • Support the National Account Manager in developing and implementing channel/customer strategies with a horizon of 6 - 18 months.
  • Contribute to Integrated Commercial Planning by jointly developing channel/customer plans with the National Channel Manager within a 6 – 18 months horizon.
  • Understand and drive customer insights and developments, including those involving Distributors.
  • Jointly manage channel/customer sales and profitability to achieve sustainable growth.
  • Ensure compliance and support all quality-related activities as per NQMS Process Descriptions and Support Process Descriptions.
  • Ensure compliance and support all OHS-related activities as per OHSAS manual Clause 4.4.1.
What will make you successful...
  • Category product knowledge within the FMCG industry.
  • 4+ years of commercial experience, demonstrated through channel or distributor management roles.
  • Business experience in trade marketing, marketing/sales, or commercial functions, preferably with Trade Marketing/CCSD experience.
  • Proven business planning and implementation skills (Project Management).
  • Financial awareness, including P&L statements and supply chain reports.
