About the Opportunity

We are currently exploring the possibility of expanding our team with a Key Account Management professional. While the role is not yet confirmed, we are inviting expressions of interest from talented individuals who are passionate about client management and eager to contribute to building strong client relationships and driving portfolio success.

Indicative Responsibilities

  1. Manage key client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  2. Develop tailored strategies to meet client objectives and drive portfolio success.
  3. Monitor and analyze account performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  4. Oversee P&L for client accounts, including budget management and ensuring profitability.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality campaigns and solutions.
  6. Identify opportunities to grow client portfolios through upselling or cross-selling services.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in key account management, client management, or a related role.
  3. Strong understanding of client relationship management and account performance analysis.
  4. Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
  5. Familiarity with creative tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva (preferred).
  6. Experience in managing budgets and ensuring profitability (P&L management).
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
