Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Executive to join our team and drive our business to new heights. Reporting to the Channel Manager – Traditional Trade, you’ll be at the forefront of identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving exceptional results together with our local distributor.

Your responsibilities

External:-

  • Develop and manage customer relationships with all counterparts to expand product reach in the market, ensuring business expansion through distribution.
  • Gain understanding of customer base, competition, and pricing; develop and implement strategic sales plans within the channel.
  • Manage customer profitability, including efficient sales and trade spending against budgets.
  • Achieve/exceed KPIs set with the customer and report on monthly results.
  • Analyze customer monthly sales performance and develop recommended action plans as needed.
  • Conduct meetings with customers and conduct in-store visits to ensure compliance in stores.
  • Maintain a healthy inventory at customer warehouses while achieving channel sales objectives.

Internal:-

  • Work in close partnership with brand and trade marketing to ensure development and implementation of category strategy and ensure smooth and successful execution on ground.
  • Review monthly forecasts to ensure supply can meet channel demand trending.
  • Submit finance accruals and knockoffs in a timely manner.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for efficiency and profitability management of the category.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
