Job description

Key Account Executive

  • North area

  • Monday - Friday 8am - 5:30pm (Flexible to be discussed during interview)

  • Basic $3500 + $800 car allowances + sales incentive

Job Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the Key Account sales performance in line with agreed and annual sales budget and performance.

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with accounts at HQ Level.

  • Responsible for product promotion proposal submission, negotiation, and execution.

  • A&P management (Check customer bills, negotiate with buyers, etc.).

  • Conduct monthly meetings with the sales team to provide updates on forward promotional activities and related matters.

  • Coordinate with internal members (Logistics, Purchasing team, etc.) to resolve supply chain, customer service, and marketing issues related to retailer’s activities.

  • Prepare sales reports for management.

  • Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources for the designated sales channel.

  • Plan, review, and maintain an efficient outlet servicing itinerary to ensure comprehensive coverage to achieve or exceed sales targets.

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales personnel to achieve sales targets.

  • Coach and build the selling capabilities of the Sales Personnel.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant working experience.

  • Possession of own transport is an advantage but not compulsory.
