Key Account Executive
North area
Monday - Friday 8am - 5:30pm (Flexible to be discussed during interview)
Basic $3500 + $800 car allowances + sales incentive
Job Responsibilities
Accountable for the Key Account sales performance in line with agreed and annual sales budget and performance.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with accounts at HQ Level.
Responsible for product promotion proposal submission, negotiation, and execution.
A&P management (Check customer bills, negotiate with buyers, etc.).
Conduct monthly meetings with the sales team to provide updates on forward promotional activities and related matters.
Coordinate with internal members (Logistics, Purchasing team, etc.) to resolve supply chain, customer service, and marketing issues related to retailer’s activities.
Prepare sales reports for management.
Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources for the designated sales channel.
Plan, review, and maintain an efficient outlet servicing itinerary to ensure comprehensive coverage to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Lead and motivate a team of sales personnel to achieve sales targets.
Coach and build the selling capabilities of the Sales Personnel.
Job Requirements
Relevant working experience.
Possession of own transport is an advantage but not compulsory.
