Essential Job Functions
• Research on prospects for new sales opportunities.
• Generating leads through creative, direct outdoor channels.
• Liaise with incoming leads to understand their exact need and try to close them
• Ensure monthly collections of sales amounts
• Handle regulatory applications for each application between the admin team and the client
• Update the CRM Software and suggest improvements in the processes
• Hungry Hunter, contacting potential and existing customers via all communication methods, ensuring smooth and constant follow-up and appointment setting.
• Effective Coordinator, managing the entire sales process including working with internal departments, and providing consistent after-sales service.
• Persistent Farmer, building long-term relationships with prospects and customers and achieving sales targets.
• Proactive contributor to weekly/monthly internal meetings, reports and market research.
• Maintain updated records of sales pipelines, bookings, tasks and payments.
• Provide administrative support for CEO/GM.
• Any other ad-hoc or administrative duties when necessary.
Operation Hours:
Monday to Friday – 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Qualifications/Requirements
• A Hunter passionate about sales, project management or leasing.
• A strong desire to succeed in sales and to become the best version of yourself.
• Approachable, outgoing and strong customer-centric approach communication skills.
• Team player with good general management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, follow up and multi-task.
• Ability to adapt and grow, flexible, resourceful and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and a good sense of general administrative protocols.
• Positive outlook and attitude. Able to remain positive and focused under pressure.
Skills/Qualities
• Basic/advanced sales knowledge or experience preferred.
• Possess strong communication skills, pleasant disposition and personality, committed and a good work ethic.
• Team-spirited, good communicator and enjoys interacting with others.
• Basic computer skills. Computer literate, able to perform and use Microsoft Office software preferred.
• Good or fluent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiar with basic computer skills.
Experience
• 1-2 years of working experience in the related field/event planning/space leasing/customer service/retail operations, or hospitality is a plus. Freshers are welcome
Others
• Able to start work immediately is an advantage.
• Salary commensurate with experience.
