A leading company in the FMCG sector is looking for a Key Account Manager to manage petrol kiosk marts and 7-Eleven outlets. The role includes developing store relationships, negotiating trade terms, and leading promotional activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record in achieving sales targets alongside a solid understanding of market trends.
Key account management for petrol kiosk marts and/ or 7-Eleven
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships at store level
Collaborate with key stakeholders to negotiate trade terms
Support and resolve any trade issues & other day-to-day operations matters
Plan, monitor and execute promotion calendar activities
Provide support in areas related to promotions, product display and other related activities
Responsible for timely submission / update on trade pricing
Monitor all trade expenses and budget
Analyse sales data to assess the effectiveness of trade promotions and make recommendations
Stay abreast with market trends, competitor activities and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities and potential risks
To work closely with Finance on billing issues and resolve the matter
Perform other assign ad-hoc duties such as stock take, exchanges and returns
Skills and requirements:
Minimum O Level
2 years' experience in FMCG industry, petrol kiosk marts and/ or 7-Eleven convenience stores
Motivated to achieve sales target
Able to multi-task
Goal Oriented
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
