• Manage and grow existing client accounts with commercial insight and care.
• Lead projects including product launches, activations, events, and celebrity engagements.
• Collaborate across internal teams and partners to ensure smooth delivery.
• Present ideas and updates professionally to suit varied audiences.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Be proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused in navigating feedback and challenges.
