Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to expand market share in existing and new markets.

• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Create marketing strategies and tools to attract and retain clients.

• Participate in industry events for networking and business growth.

• Assist in tender submissions and proposal development.

• Prepare marketing materials and presentations, and monitor company risks.

Requirements:

• Candidate with 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, preferably from MICE industry or related event company.

• Passionate about sales and committed to achieving personal and team sales targets.

• Strong ability to manage and engage stakeholders across diverse customer segments.

• Established professional network within the industry and related markets.
