Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic logistics solutions customized to meet client requirements.

• Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring effective communication and fostering long-term partnerships.

• Monitor business performance, identify service gaps, and collaborate with operations teams to enhance overall service efficiency.

• Manage contract renewals, lead rate negotiations, and define service scope agreements with existing clients.

• Lead and support project implementations, delivering value-added supply chain solutions.

• Track service performance metrics, initiate continuous improvement efforts, and escalate critical issues when necessary.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management within the logistics industry.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proven track record of securing and managing key accounts.

• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

• Excellent business acumen with analytical and project management skills.
