Job description

As a Key Account Executive / Management Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing strategic clients across our diverse retail, F&B, and entertainment verticals mainly in singapore and malaysia. You will drive revenue growth, manage cross-functional initiatives, and deliver exceptional client satisfaction in a fast-paced, trend-driven business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with strategic clients and business partners.
  • Drive account growth and profitability across assigned categories.
  • Implement promotional plans and campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Manage and optimize Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budgets for impact.
  • Lead new product launches and secure listings in partner channels.
  • Coordinate internally across sales, supply chain, customer service, and merchandising teams.
  • Monitor market and competitor trends to inform proactive strategies.
  • Handle client escalations, ensuring service excellence and timely resolution.
  • Conduct regular store visits to audit campaign execution and gather field insights.
  • Oversee and manage corporate social media content and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Lead and support social media live streaming activities on platforms like TikTok, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Shopee Live, etc.
  • Assist in executing marketing communications and branding efforts.
  • Support management in ad hoc projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, International Business, Management, or equivalent work experience (min. 5 years).
  • Strong track record in key account management, sales, or business development.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting and presentations.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives under fast-paced, dynamic conditions.
  • Familiarity with retail operations, e-commerce, or lifestyle products is a plus.
  • Strong social media background, especially in live streaming on TikTok, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Shopee Live, etc.
  • Must be able to travel and stay in Malaysia and China as required for business activities.
