Job description

Summary Benefits:

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with both existing and new customers to identify and expand business opportunities in the Singapore retail market.

  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with suppliers/vendors for provisions/bonded products, leveraging strong communication skills.

  • Plan and execute monthly sales and marketing campaigns/events across various sales channels to enhance omnichannel performance.

  • Align and communicate brand marketing goals effectively across multiple offline sales channels.

  • Manage the listing of company brand products in both offline and online customer databases.

  • Prepare sales quotations and follow up on corporate sales inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and timely responses.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors to support business growth.

  • Foster effective internal communication to align with individual brand marketing strategies.

  • Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with company regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in key account management or business development, ideally within the retail industry is an advantage.

  • Travel is required for this role, but owning a vehicle and holding a Class 3 license is not mandatory.
