We're hiring a Key Account Executive to manage client relationships, coordinate freight operations, and drive service excellence. If you know your way around air and sea freight, love solving problems, and thrive under pressure — we want you.
Manage and grow relationships with key clients
Coordinate air/sea shipments and ensure timely delivery
Handle customer issues and provide shipment updates
Work with operations, sales, and transport teams
Ensure accurate documentation (HAWB, MAWB, invoices, customs)
Support upselling and retention strategies
Min. 3 years’ experience in freight forwarding or key account management
Strong knowledge of air/sea freight and documentation
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in MS Office and freight systems
Comfortable with rotating shifts and occasional weekend duty (Can work from home on weekend)
DG and Tradenet certifications a plus
