Responsibilities
  1. Design Commercial & Trade Marketing Strategies and Implementation Plan to grow top line in Off-Trade
  2. Manage P&L: Drive sell-in (volume, net sales, contribution margin) and manage A&D and A&P budgets
  3. Develop and implement commercial plans in accordance with brand and channel strategies with respective accounts to achieve KPIs (volume, profitability, market shares, visibility, activation, consumer engagement)
  4. Design and execute Portfolio PVA strategy by sub-segment and identify key accounts
  5. Define Targets for PVA & sales, and build VA & TPTI (Visibility, Activation, Tactical Promotions, Trade Incentives) & Calendar & target sales per activity for Key Outlets
  6. Establish outlet contracting strategy and framework to improve commercial terms & conditions
  7. Drive new business growth across the channel: Prestige+ Whisky & Cognac and Ultra-Premium Whisky & Gin
  8. Elevate Category Captaincy to foster Collaborative Partnerships with Strategic Key Accounts
  9. Improve Ways of Working and build strong customer relationships: Understand needs, address concerns, align efforts with company objectives
  10. Build PRS as the preferred partner in strategic accounts through stakeholder engagement and joint business plans
  11. Drive business impact and ROI through strategic negotiation and data analytics
  12. Review route-to-market strategy to optimize and boost business and profitability in MOFT & ECM
  13. Be the internal expert for the channel enabling planning & analysis activities
  14. Consolidate market intelligence on competitors’ activities, consumer trends, outlet openings/closures, and trade news
  15. Provide regular reports on channel sales, partner activities, and market trends
  16. Coordinate with marketing on brand activity roll-outs and outlet targeting
  17. Contribute to improving internal SOPs related to channel management
  18. Support S&OP exercises with sales forecasts and planning
  19. Collaborate with finance on A&D planning and manage A&P budgets, evaluating activity effectiveness for ROI improvements
