Job summary

Keppel Ltd. is seeking an Intern for Keppel Credit in Singapore to support investment due diligence, financial modelling and market research across private credit opportunities.

The role involves collaboration with Legal, Risk & Compliance, Finance and Treasury teams and exposure to KYC processes. You will gain hands-on experience in the full capital spectrum from senior debt to equity, learn investment committee work, and contribute to portfolio monitoring and investor materials during Jan–May

Qualifications

• Completed or pursuing a degree in finance, accounting or business management.
• Good practical knowledge of finance concepts including equity analysis and credit risk.
• Experience in investment banking, leveraged finance, project finance, structured finance or private equity is a plus.
• Proficiency in financial modelling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform investment due diligence including financial analysis, financial modelling, ESG analysis, macroeconomic and industry research on prospective investments.
• Assist in portfolio management, fund marketing efforts, and external investor communications materials and responses to investor requests.
• Prepare internal investment committee memos, market research, monitoring current investments, and new deal origination.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk & Compliance, Finance and Treasury on activities such as KYC, risk analysis, and funding arrangements.
