Job description

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic KA Business Development Manager to lead the promotion and implementation of our retail delivery robots in Singapore’s private residences, service apartments, and hotels. You will be responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with property management, MCST and developers, service apartment and hotel management, securing agreements to integrate our robots into these locations for on-demand retail and home delivery services. Additionally, you will collaborate with partners on IoT connection, warehousing and operations support, safety and compliance alignment.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and target key clients in private residential, service apartments and hotels across Singapore, driving partnerships to deploy our retail delivery robots.

* Negotiate and finalize commercial cooperation agreements with private residences, service apartments and hotels, securing commercial and other terms that support long-term operational success.

* Collaborate with partners to integrate robots into their ecosystems, including IoT and other technical support for seamless operations.

* Secure partner support for warehousing and on-site operations to enable efficient on-demand retail and delivery services.

* Ensure all deployments meet local safety regulations and compliance requirements, working closely with partners to address any concerns.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive renewals and expand partnership scope.

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of experience in key account sales, business development, or commercial partnerships.

* Strong sales, business acumen, communication, and persuasion skills, with a proven track record of closing deals.

* Deep familiarity with Singapore’s property management, private residential service, or service apartment / hotel operations, with strong network resources.

* Ability to seamlessly integrate into Singapore’s local culture, language, events, business and communication norms.

* Experience and understanding of commercial IoT systems and neighborhood commerce in Singapore is a plus.
