[Hiring] Full-Time K-pop Instructor (3–5K/month + Commission)

Location: Dhoby Ghaut, Singapore

Compensation: SGD $3,000 – $5,000/month (base) + performance commission

Role: Full-time

ONESTAGE is looking for a passionate, energetic, and experienced K-pop Instructor to join our core team. This isn’t just a teaching role — it’s a chance to shape young talents and build something impactful from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

• Teach K-pop dance classes (kids to teens, beginner to intermediate)

• Choreograph for internal showcases, competitions, and digital content

• Guide students in confidence-building, technique, and stage presence

• Collaborate with the team to develop our signature curriculum

• Participate in performance planning, assessment, and creative projects

• Support student growth and talent tracking through regular evaluations



You Should Have:

• A background in dance, performing arts, or a related field

• Strong skills in K-pop choreography (especially girl group/boy group styles)

• Prior teaching or coaching experience with children/teens

• A positive, reliable, and team-player attitude

• Bonus: Singing ability, Mandarin proficiency, or experience creating social media content
