• 5 Days (Monday to Friday), Office Hours

Your Responsibilities: -

• Manage all finance, administration, and HR aspects, support GM in implementation, and collaborate with FA Managers
• Oversee Finance (budgeting, reporting), Administration (payroll, benefits, supplies, equipment), and Human Resources (recruiting, hiring, training)
• Develop processes, oversee employees, establish a motivating work environment, and implement innovative changes to improve organizational effectiveness
• Lead and mentor a team of managers and individual contributors
• Ensure project timelines, tasks, and KPIs are achieved effectively and within budget
• Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers, stakeholders, and industry partners
• Provide regular updates on KPMs, KPIs, and risk management progress

You will need: -

• At least 3 years of managerial experience in the manufacturing industry
• Hands-on internal audit experience
• Experience leading a small team
