Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is looking for a logistics coordinator to manage calls and customer inquiries in the Freight Forwarding sector. This role involves ensuring smooth operations at Changi Cargo area, managing client portfolios, and addressing disputes effectively. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in the Supply Chain/Logistics industry, with the ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Supply Chain/Logistics.
• Ability to work at Changi Cargo area.
• Standby on weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming and outgoing calls related to shipping inquiries.
• Monitoring and resolving customer dispute cases.
• Following up with clients on their portfolio.

• Freight Forwarding Services
• CIAS Cargo Changi (East Area)
• 5 Days, 9:00am - 6:00pm

Your Responsibilities: -

• Handling incoming and outgoing calls (overseas office / agents / shipping line including customers’ inquiries)
• Monitor, resolve and follow up closely with customers on any dispute cases
• Follow up and monitor closely existing clients port folio

You will need: -

• Min. 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in Supply Chain / Logistics industry
• Able to work at Changi Cargo area
• Standby on weekend when required
