Ksisters is a Singapore-based beauty retail destination offering curated Korean beauty, fashion, and lifestyle products. We are seeking a Beauty Advisor to provide expert product recommendations and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a vibrant K-beauty retail environment.

As a Beauty Advisor, you will engage customers, stay updated on trending brands, manage stock and transactions, and support events to enhance in-store experiences.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in beauty or fashion is advantageous but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product recommendations to customers to drive sales and enhance their beauty routines.
• Actively engage customers to meet and exceed sales targets by introducing the latest K-beauty trends.
• Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service to foster loyalty to Ksisters.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure an attractive and engaging store presentation.
• Support and participate in events and workshops, including brand activations, to enhance the in-store experience.
• Stay informed on Ksisters' curated brands, skincare, and personal color analysis trends to advise customers confidently.
• Manage stock levels, handle transactions accurately, and assist with inventory planning to ensure smooth store operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to create a seamless shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and team to optimize customer engagement and sales strategies.
