Job Title: Junior Sales and Admin Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Junior Sales and Admin Assistant to support our sales team and ensure smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing client relationships, processing orders, and performing a variety of administrative tasks to help drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Support:Assist the sales team in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
    Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
    Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products/services.
    Help with lead generation and follow-up on sales inquiries.
  • Administrative Duties:Manage office supplies and inventory.
    Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
    Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
    Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
  • Customer Service:Provide excellent customer service to clients and address inquiries.
    Assist in resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
  • Education:High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
