Job summary

Love, Bonito is hiring a Junior Visual Merchandiser to bring our brand to life in stores across Singapore. You will support floor layouts, mannequin styling, and product displays that are visually inspiring and commercially effective.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager and HQ VM team to maintain high standards, deliver consistent store experiences, and contribute to traffic and conversion through compelling visual storytelling.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a fashion-related field.
• Strong visual and styling sense with an eye for colour, layout and product presentation.
• Commercial mindset to drive sales and highlight product features.
• Proactive and hands-on, able to execute VM plans efficiently.
• Detail-oriented and organized to keep displays visually perfect.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Create impactful, shopper-centric visual experiences applying VM principles to enhance visibility and traffic.
• Work with Store Manager and HQ VM to execute weekly floor moves and mannequin refreshes.
• Maintain visual discipline; keep displays neat, commercial, and operationally practical.
• Evaluate product presentation methods to highlight features and USPs while preserving shopping ease.
• Collaborate with HQ VM on fixtures, props and signage needs for timely on-ground execution.
• Place, update and remove promotional signage according to campaign timelines.

The role

As Love, Bonito expands across the region and globally, we’re looking for a passionate Junior Visual Merchandiser to bring our brand experience to life in-store. You’ll support the execution of floor layouts, mannequin styling, and product displays that are visually inspiring, commercially driven, and aligned with our brand aesthetic. Working closely with the Store Manager and HQ VM team, you’ll help maintain high visual standards, ensure smooth VM execution within daily store operations, and contribute to creating an engaging shopping journey that drives traffic, conversion, and overall store performance.

Main responsibilities

• Create impactful, shopper‑centric visual experiences by applying VM principles that enhance product visibility, customer flow, and improve overall store performance.
• Partner closely with the Store Manager and HQVM team to execute weekly floor moves and mannequin refreshes, ensuring alignment with sales trends, stock availability, and store operational priorities.
• Maintain strong visual discipline by ensuring all displays, mannequins, and layouts remain neat, commercial, and operationally practical throughout the week.
• Evaluate different product presentation methods to highlight key features and USPs while ensuring ease of shopping and operational efficiency for the store team.
• Collaborate with HQVM on fixture, prop, and signage needs, ensuring timely communication and on‑ground execution without disrupting store operations.
• Accurately place, update, and remove promotional and product signages according to campaign timelines, supporting and balancing both VM standards and daily operational workflows in store.
• Capture and upload weekly store photos following required angles and guidelines, contributing to store reviews, operational audits, and VM reporting.
• Support smooth store operations by ensuring VM tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in coordination with daily opening, replenishment, and customer flow activities.

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in a fashion‑related field
• 44 hour work week, based on rotating shifts in store
