Junior Video Producer

Core goals:
● Positively increase the branding and affinity of CineGang by producing quality videos that set it aside from competitors.

● To increase and create more traffic for CineGang affiliated channels through creating/uploading quality videos.

Primary Role:
● Pitch: Brainstorm and scour the web for interesting content. Pitch trending topics and ideate for video concepts to be posted on The Company’s Facebook, YouTube, Instagram & TikTok channels.

● Video Producing: Ideate & Conceptualize. Craft storytelling approaches to videos, and storyboard videos where necessary. Edit the video according to our house style.

● Innovate: Take charge of new ideas and projects, and spearhead the team technically - create video templates and formats for new ideas and set an example for the rest to follow.
