As a part of our established team of Planning and Urban Design specialists based in Bangalore & London, the successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our projects.Responsibilities:- Collaborate with colleagues and team members to deliver high-quality project work in a positive, enthusiastic, and proactive manner.- Assist in producing masterplan documents and planning deliverables.- Support in generating technical inputs for various consultants both within the business and externally.- Aid in preparing reports, creating presentations, diagrams, technical drawings, and other deliverables, ensuring timely submission and high-quality output.- Contribute to the preparation of proposals for new projects.Qualification & Experience:- A bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or International Planning, along with a postgraduate degree/diploma in Planning.- Some internship experience in a multi-disciplinary design environment.- Proficiency in design, writing, and presentation skills.- Demonstrate attention to detail and care in the production of work material.- Sound knowledge and experience of current planning and master planning best practices and sustainable development.- Display initiative, motivation, and effective teamwork skills.- Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of a second language is advantageous.- Strong written, listening, and verbal communication skills.- Experience in an international work environment is preferred.- Proficiency in InDesign is a requirement.- General knowledge and experience of GIS is beneficial.Join us at Dar and be a part of a dynamic team dedicated to shaping the future of urban planning and design.,
