Astek Singapore Innovation Technology Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Junior UI/UX Designer to grow into next-generation digital experiences, including AI-assisted and chatbot interactions. You’ll work on core UX tasks—research, flows, wireframes, prototypes—while learning how conversational interfaces shape user behaviour.

This role focuses on strong UX fundamentals and curiosity about AI, with opportunities to explore conversational design from an end-user perspective.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in UI/UX design or related field.
Strong fundamentals in user-centered design and design thinking.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and UX writing skills. Curious about AI, chatbots, and conversational interfaces.

Responsibilities

Design intuitive UI/UX experiences across web and mobile touchpoints.
Map user journeys, create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows.
Support the design of conversational experiences (chatbot flows, prompts, fallbacks).
Translate user and business needs into clear, user-centric design solutions.
Collaborate with product managers, business teams, and engineers to deliver cohesive experiences.
Participate in requirement gathering, design discussions, and usability reviews.
Analyze user feedback and conversation data to improve interaction quality.
Contribute to design documentation, standards, and best practices.
