Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and modify technical drawings for custom cutting tools using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
2. Work with senior engineers to ensure drawings meet precision and quality standards.
3. Learn to generate CNC machine programs using ToolStudio or other CAM software.
4. Assist in optimizing machining programs to enhance tool performance and efficiency.
5. Inspect incoming cutting tools for regrinding, identifying wear and regrind requirements for quotation.
6. Support quality assurance processes to maintain high tooling standards.
7. Prepare and manage work orders, SOPs, and compliance documentation for production.
8. Maintain accurate data entry and records to support engineering and production analysis.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical field (preferred but not required).
2. Experience in CAD design, manufacturing, engineering, or machining is a plus, but not necessary.
3. Willingness to learn CNC programming and precision tooling concepts (training provided).
4. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and technical mindset.
