About The Opportunity
We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented
Junior Talent Acquisition Operations Associate to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and smooth execution of our recruitment processes. You'll be instrumental in supporting our TA operations, with a strong focus on data integrity, process adherence, and providing an excellent candidate experience. This is an ideal opportunity for a fresh graduate looking to build a career in HR operations within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Data Verification & Accuracy: Meticulously review and verify recruitment data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Process Adherence & Support: Assist in ensuring all recruitment processes are followed correctly, flagging any deviations and providing support to recruiters and hiring managers on best practices.
- Documentation & Reporting Support: Help maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activities and assist in generating basic reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
- Technology Management Support: Support the team in maintaining recruitment tools, including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring basic alignment with user needs.
- Compliance Support: Support the team in ensuring recruitment activities comply with internal policies and relevant regulations.
- Candidate Experience Enhancement: Assist with administrative tasks related to enhancing the candidate experience, such as scheduling interviews and ensuring timely communication.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and other departments on administrative tasks to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a highly meticulous approach to tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- A strong desire to learn and grow in the field of HR/Talent Acquisition Operations.
