Job summary

JOINTHIRE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on IT support staff to ensure smooth daily operations and provide system maintenance at Changi Airport. The role involves 12-hour shifts (8am–8pm or 8pm–8am) with roster-based scheduling and requires adaptability to work in server rooms when needed.

No experience is required, but candidates must hold a Class 3 driving license, demonstrate good teamwork, punctuality, time management, and stamina to move between terminals as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC/Diploma in IT or Infocomm or related qualification.
• No experience candidates welcome to apply.
• Have a valid Class 3 driving license.
• Good stamina to work from terminal to terminal.
• Ability to work under cold environment in server room when required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to system support and maintenance to ensure daily operations is smooth.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company.
