Job summary

A local culinary company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead and mentor the kitchen staff. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of dishes, developing seasonal menus, and ensuring high food quality. The ideal candidate has strong culinary skills and prior experience in casual dining. This position offers a gross salary up to $4200 plus performance bonuses.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Sous Chef or kitchen lead in a café, deli, or casual dining venue would be advantageous.
  • Strong culinary skills with knowledge of café-style cuisine.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and other departments.
