Join Us as a Japanese Kitchen Captain (Up to $2,900 | 5-Day Workweek | Career Growth)

Right now, we’re look for our next Japanese Kitchen (aka Junior Sous Chef with heart, hustle, and leadership vibes) to step into a vibrant, fast-paced kitchen at our modern Japanese dining concept.

• Cook up fan-favorite Japanese dishes, sushi, sashimi, donburi, tempura, grilled goodness
• Keep the kitchen running smooth alongside the Head Chef
• Lead and mentor junior kitchen teammates
• Ensure every plate looks great, tastes better, and hits our high standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
• Take charge of inventory and ingredient ordering
• Confidently fill in when the Sous Chef or Head Chef isn’t around

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has 2+ years of kitchen experience (bonus points for Japanese cuisine)
• Knows the tools of the trade, knife skills, prep techniques, plating precision
• Shows up ready to work 5 days a week
