Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Sommelier in the daily operations of the wine program, including inventory, cellar management, and wine service.
• Guide guests through the wine list with thoughtful recommendations tailored to their palate and menu selections.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and presentation of all wines.
• Support the front-of-house team with wine pairings and service etiquette.
• Participate in regular tastings, training sessions, and supplier visits to expand wine knowledge.
• Contribute to maintaining a seamless and gracious guest experience at every touchpoint.
