Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable software developer in Singapore to join our team and help guide Scrum processes while delivering robust software solutions.

The role focuses on building efficient systems that meet user needs and integrating components into complete applications. You will design, implement, test, and maintain code with adherence to QA standards, participate in UAT and external integrations, and continuously improve configurations and tooling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Scrum.
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, MongoDB, Flutter, JavaScript/TypeScript, FeatherJS, Java, Spring Boot, and Git.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools is an added advantage.
• Strong passion for programming and software development.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead in guiding the team on Scrum processes and tasks, while engaging with users and customers.
• Develop efficient software programmes and systems that meet user requirements.
• Support software enhancements, system configurations, and ongoing system improvements.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain well-structured and efficient code in accordance with Software Quality Assurance standards.
• Produce technical specifications and assess operational feasibility.
• Integrate software components into fully functional software systems.
• Document and maintain software functionality and technical processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and upgrade existing systems.
• Automate tasks using appropriate tools, frameworks, and scripting.
• Perform software validation and verification testing.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and External System Integration Testing.
• Deploy software applications and evaluate user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
