Join Vin's Automotive Group as a Junior Software Developer and play a key role in developing cutting-edge software solutions for our industry-leading automotive services. This is a full-time position based in the Bishan Central Region. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining innovative software applications that drive our business forward.

What you'll be doing

• Translate design wireframes and visual mockups into high-quality code using React.js and Next.js.
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain user interface components, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across various devices and browsers.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to enhance overall UI/UX experiences.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future projects.
• Integrate with RESTful services through API integration.
• Deploy systems to production and provide post-implementation support.
• Assist in the user acceptance testing process.
• Implement, customize, test, document, and maintain software applications.
• Adhere to high-quality development principles, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.

What we're looking for

• A Degree or Diploma in Computer Science
• 1 or 2 years of experience
• Experience with TypeScript and frameworks such as React.js and Next.js.
• Knowledge of WebSocket, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous request handling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in React Native (JavaScript/TypeScript) is advantageous.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM - 5:45 PM
• Alternate Saturdays: 8:45 AM - 12:45 PM

5.25-day work week. 5th-week Saturdays are required to work.
