The main role will focus on supporting and engaging activities that align to the strategic objectives across our Visual and Digital Marketing Communication. The Coordinator will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Visual Communication:
- Assist in creating, developing and execute all advertisements & print collateral.
- Provide design solution for sale and marketing department.
- Support OEM branding efforts from concept to execution, including logo development, packaging design and visual identity systems
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to conceptualize and design packaging and promotional materials for OEM product lines
- Prepare design mockups and presentation for OEM brands
Digital Marketing:
- Assist in conceptualising and storyboarding content creation for various social channels (e.g Social Campaigns, Contest. .. etc).
- Must possess knowledge of Social Platforms (Facebook & lnstagram).
- Content creation (photography, videography) to be used for all social platforms & email marketing.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all social campaigns.
- Assist in building and executing social media campaigns (Influencer marketing/Social games, etc).
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies/ trends and innovations in the social media scene.
- Assist in manage social media accounts for marketing the relevant products.
- Attend customer enquiries on products (phone, emails).
Design Production Management:
- Source, compare and manage quotations from print vendors and external suppliers for design-related materials (e.g. packaging, brochures, promotional items)
- Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance
- Assist in quality checks of production samples and final outputs when required
Job Requirements
- Good understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices.
- Able to multi-task and ad hoc duties.
- Videography and Photography Skills - designing, producing and editing graphics, photos, videos for digital communication and social media.
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite. Photoshop or Illustrator preferred and or other equivalent programmes.
- Well organized and pro-active with excellent attention to detail.
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media,Others, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field or similar industry.
