Job Title: Junior Service Staff + Bartender
Location: Boat Quay
Reports to: Restaurant/Bar Manager

Job Overview:

As a Junior Service Staff + Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, ensuring a positive guest experience, and supporting the bar team with day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for both front-of-house service duties and bartending tasks, making sure guests are served promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

1. Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
2. Take food and drink orders and deliver them promptly.
3. Answer questions regarding the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests in a timely manner.
5. Clear and reset tables efficiently.
6. Assist with organizing seating arrangements during peak times.

Bartending:

1. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to the menu or customer specifications.
2. Mix and serve drinks in a professional and efficient manner, following health and safety guidelines.
3. Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible service of alcohol.
4. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning glassware and bar equipment.
5. Stock bar supplies and manage inventory as needed.
6. Assist with maintaining the bar's presentation and cleanliness.

Team Collaboration:

1. Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure food orders are delivered accurately and on time.

General Duties:

1. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
2. Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning the service area.
3. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Working Conditions:
