Our client has more than 10 years in automotive inds is a reputable tuning and service provider for German and Continental cars in Singapore is looking for an experience customer service oriented Service Advisor with good knowledge of automotive systems and maintenence.

  • NO quota for work pass

  • Singaporean/ Resident with valid Singapore Class 3 driving license

  • Working location - Toh Guan Road

  • 5.5 days work week - 9am to 6pm (Mon. to Fri) and 9am to 1pm (Sat.)

  • Salary : SGD 3000 max (depend on experience)

Job Requirements and Duties :

  • This role involves understanding customer concerns, advising on necessary vehicle maintenance and repairs, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Able to handle English and Chinese written documents preferred.

  • Nitec/ Diploma in Automotive Engineering / Technology and IT savvy (MS Office)

  • 1-2 years working experience in automotive industry as a service advisor / face to face customer service / Workshop operation

  • Good knowledge of vehicles systems and maintenance

  • Good communication and customers service skills, able to handle both English and Mandarin speaking customers.

  • Enhancing the customer experience and ensuring efficient workshop operations.

  • Record customer concerns and vehicle problems.

  • Suggest services based on the vehicle’s condition and manufacturer guidelines.

  • Work with Team Leaders and Technicians to determine what needs to be done and the cost.

  • Provide service estimates, get customer approval, and create repair orders.

  • Keep customers updated on progress and completion times.

  • Coordinate with parts department to ensure parts are available.

  • Explain completed work and charges to customers.

  • Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.

  • Suggest additional services/products when appropriate.

  • Follow safety and compliance standards.

  • Occasionally need to travel to East or North zone to cover the SA/Managers there if they are on leave/MC.
