Role Summary:

Join a skilled team to design, implement, and support cutting-edge telecom solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to troubleshoot issues, collaborate with global vendors, and occasionally travel for project deployments. You'll also mentor junior engineers, lead technical teams on Tier 1 projects, and conduct client workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver telecom solutions with the team

• Act as the technical point-of-contact for clients

• Work with global vendors to resolve technical issues and manage documentation

• Lead technical project teams for end-to-end delivery

• Mentor junior team members

• Conduct workshops based on current product offerings

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or Computer Technology (focus in Communications, Cybersecurity, AI, Big Data, etc.)

• Knowledge in 4G/5G, cloud, virtualization, databases, Linux, or IP networking is a plus

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-driven and able to work independently
