JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The role will involve various product lines of servicing duties at customer sites. The role offers the opportunity to collaborate with different fields of sales and engineering teams to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide Installation, Commissioning, Training, Calibration, Maintenance, Troubleshooting and Repairing of scientific and analytical analyzer products at customer sites.

  • Liaise and work with customers to address any service concerns and provide solution on the technical problems on scientific and analytical analyzer such as Particle Size Analyzer, XRF, Spectroscopy, ICP.

  • Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers and providing good services support.

  • Identifying potential opportunities to get new preventive maintenance contract

  • Working closely with our internal sales and regional technical team.

  • Providing training to end users and distributors.

  • Prepare service and spare parts quotations to customers enquiries

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree or Diploma in (Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical/Chemical Engineering) or equivalent qualification

  • Preferably more than 1-2 years working experience in servicing scientific analytical instruments.

  • Knowledge of scientific and analytical analyzer such as Particle Size Analyzer, XRF, Spectroscopy, ICP would be advantageous.

  • Customer oriented with positive attitude and willing to take on challenges.

  • Good planning and time management skills to achieve job efficiency.

  • Good Attitude, Self-motivated, Proactive and able to work independently.

  • Preferably possess own transport

  • Willing to travel overseas
