Responsibilities

1. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers. Assist in understanding product specifications, features, and applications.
2. Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and challenges. Offer solutions and recommendations based on the company's products or services.
3. Provide training sessions for customers, sales teams, and distributors. Ensure that end-users have a clear understanding of product functionality.
4. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to address customer needs and provide a seamless customer experience.
5. Manage technical aspects of projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
6. Continue to provide support after product sales, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and addressing any additional needs.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Computer or Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge of programming in C,C++ are added advantages
• Knowledge of embedded electronics fundamentals
• Have knowledge of LoRaWAN and related IoT products are added advantages.
• Have passion for exploratory testing and test automation are added advantages.
• Candidates with 3-5 years of relevant experience will be considered for the Senior IoT Engineer position.
