A leading law firm in Singapore seeks an Administrative Support role to provide essential secretarial and administrative support to the legal team. Candidates are expected to have strong qualifications in education along with proficiency in common software applications. Advent Law Corporation was established in May 2003. We have grown steadily from a team of just 4, to our current size of about 10 lawyers and more than 40 support staff.
We are a law firm that specializes in providing legal services to banks and financial institutions. We pride ourselves on having a friendly and informal work environment, yet delivering the high service quality required by our institutional clients.
Our staff are divided into teams, each headed by a group leader who is responsible for training all new staff. Self-motivation, discipline, hard work, and integrity are qualities we look for in job candidates to join our dynamic team.
Applicants should possess the following requirements:
· GCE ‘O’ and ’A’ Levels, Polytechnic Diploma and above. Those with relevant experience but not the requisite paper qualification may also apply.
· Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
· A good team player with good working attitude
· Good command of written and spoken English
Job Responsibilities:
· Provide efficient secretarial and administrative support to lawyers
· Assisting with the opening, maintenance and closing of cases
· Drafting correspondences and Court documents
· Using the e-Services (eLitigation / MinLaw / etc)
· Any other administrative / secretarial duties as assigned
Training is provided, so if you have no relevant experience but prepared to be trained, please submit your CV and the position applied for consideration. We operate a 5-day work week.
