Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Minimum of two years’ successful teaching experience in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2
• Experience teaching within the English National Curriculum or a British-style international curriculum
• Strong understanding of child development and effective primary pedagogy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to establish positive partnerships with students, colleagues and parents
• Commitment to safeguarding and child wellbeing
• Genuine enthusiasm for working with young children
• High levels of professionalism, organisation and adaptability
