Job description

Responsibilities;

Lead Generation

  • Leads will be provided but deepen in identification as well as research on the clients.

  • Expand other business opportunities in the clients including competitors involved.

Client Consultation

  • Understand client needs and customise at their enquires and development.

  • Ability in delivering the client needs from initial levels to final.

  • Conduct collaboration between client needs with factories as well as the clients themselves.

  • Add further values on customer's customized products to stay competitive.

Sales Process Management

  • Manage the sales process with the assigned coordinator from samples to mass production stages.

  • Manage customer's forecast or business demands and information.

  • Detailing in dissolving/ closing the deals.

Relationship Building

  • Provide ongoing support to upkeep business continuity.

  • Further foster partnerships on the business.

Market Research

  • Stay updated on market conditions and industry trends.

  • Share feedbacks and collect comments with development teams.

Admin/Reporting and Analytics

  • Track sales performance and report on progress.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

  • Doing analysis on/from the sales activities, client interactions and own result.

  • Manage customer's payment status and activites.

Qualifications;

  1. Good communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of Mandarin is privilege.

  2. Open to positive, resilience and competitivity candidates,yet a collaborative team player, to learn and grow.

  3. Ability in fostering stronger clientele relationships.

  4. Detail-oriented and meticulous in handing any business situational tasks.

  5. Minimum Education: O and above. Knowledge of Electronics/Electrical is privilege.

  6. Ability to travel monthly basis.

  7. Posses with valid Class 3 driving license. Preferred with own car.

  8. No experience required.
