To provide operational support for procurement and sales activities by managing vendor onboarding, processing purchase orders, coordinating deliveries, and following up on payments—ensuring smooth and timely execution of sales processes across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Procurement Support: Assist in procuring products and services by coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective purchases.
2. Vendor & OEM Onboarding: Support the onboarding process of new vendors and OEMs, ensuring all documentation, compliance checks, and internal approvals are completed accurately and efficiently.
3. Partnership Management: Maintain regular communication with vendors and OEM partners to build strong relationships and support long-term collaboration.
4. Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end process of sales and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in order entry, addressing discrepancies, and resolving any issues related to order fulfillment.
5. Delivery Coordination: Monitor the status of deliveries, coordinate with logistics teams, and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
6. Payment Follow-up: Liaise with the finance team and vendors to track invoice status and ensure timely payment processing, resolving any payment-related queries or delays.
Qualifications:
· A diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
· 1–2 years of experience in sales operations, procurement, or vendor management (internship experience can be considered)
· Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is a plus
· Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.
· Ability to communicate effectively with regional partners and vendors is a plus.
