Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns to generate B2B leads across Asia that are in line with the company’s business goals.
Strategize, optimize and manage social media accounts and manage ads through various marketing channels.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
Understand and respond to customers’ needs and inquiries and recommend appropriate services and solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through regular visits, online meetings, and other communication channels.
Lead negotiations with customers on pricing, quantity, delivery terms, and other commercial conditions.
Develop and manage sales budget, forecasts and establish pricing strategies.
Provide after-sales support such as following up on customers’ feedback, managing after-sales issues and AloT operations with IT and product development team.
Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate sales and marketing performance, insights, and recommendations to management.
The Profile
Qualifications & Experiences:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Media & Communication, Technology, or a related discipline.
1-2 years of relevant industry experience as Content Creator, Copywriter, PR, Marketing or a similar role.
Proficiency in content creation tools, marketing analytics tools, and social media platforms.
Effective team player with good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of enthusiasm.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
