We are looking for a “Junior Sales Director” for our Singapore Subsidiary office with good leadership skills responsible for driving distributor growth, business development and leader acquisition in Singapore. The role combines strategic direction, coaching, public speaking and event execution, with a strong focus on recruiting experienced leaders from the direct selling industry. The Junior Sales Director oversees Sales Support, works closely with HQ APAC and ensures alignment across all local sales initiatives.

This position will be based in Singapore.

YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to:

Leader Acquisition

•Identify and recruit experienced leaders from the direct selling industry.

•Build relationships with high-potential prospects and support their onboarding and business development within PM.

Business Development & Sales Execution

•Host Business Opportunity Meetings (BOMs), Workshops, and one-on-one sessions with prospects and distributors.

•Deliver compelling business presentations across various formats and communication platforms.

Training & Events

•Plan and execute monthly Business Academy and Manager Trainings.

•Present product trainings (Health Supplements & Skin Care).

•Oversee event planning and communication, working closely with Sales Support to manage logistics and distributor engagement.

Distributor & Leader Development

•Provide regular coaching and business planning for key distributors and leaders (local and visiting).

•Guide distributors on product knowledge, compensation plans, incentives, and promotions.

•Track performance, ensure monthly check assurances, and support title advancement.

Incentives & Recognition

•Oversee qualification tracking and execution of global incentive programs.

•Finalize logistics and translation needs arranged by Sales Support for international events.

Sales Monitoring & Reporting

•Ensure timely submission of reports: the Country Report (by Office Manager) and Sales Analysis, Rank-Up, and Daily Sales updates (by Sales Support).

•Analyze data, draw actionable insights, and adjust strategies to support business targets and campaign effectiveness.

Communication & Representation

•Direct overall communication strategy toward distributors, ensuring alignment across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Community, Telegram, WeChat).

•Provide strategic direction for promoting incentives, events, trainings, and announcements.

•Represent the company as a bilingual speaker (English & Mandarin) at trainings and events. Additional languages (Hokkien, Cantonese, Malay) are a plus.

•Review and approve translated content prepared by Sales Support to ensure quality and brand consistency.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

•Bachelor’s Degree or higher; background in Business, Marketing, or Nutrition is a plus.

•5–8 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or distributor/channel management.

•Direct selling or network marketing experience is a plus; experience in nutrition is also advantageous.

•Strong public speaking, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms.

•Fluent in English and Mandarin; other languages a plus.

•Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
