Junior Sales Associate (Luxury Watches)

  • Up till $2600 basic + monthly allowance + monthly commission + monthly incentive + variable bonus + AWS

  • Working location: Changi Airport

  • 5 days work week including weekends and public holidays

  • Work in public holiday, off in lieu will be given

  • Working timings (6am – 3.30pm) & (3.30pm – 1am) depending on roster.

  • Company transport pick up from home to workplace for starting work at 6am. Company transport provided at 1am from workplace to home.

  • 10 days off per month

We are a leading specialist retailer and distributor of exclusive timepieces. In view of our expansion plans, we are now seeking a few highly committed and capable professionals to take on the position of Sales Associate in the travel retail sector.

The Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate knowledge of products along with basic selling skills and recommendations

  • Manage client relationships and satisfaction through excellent sales and after-sales service

  • Ensure the shop floor is maintained to a high standard at all times

  • Build and develop a client database and maintain good relationships with clients

  • Responsible for stock management and boutique maintenance

  • Support team members in administrative duties such as updating of stock count & traffic count reports

  • Processing of credit card & cash payments

  • Update of after-sales records/transactions into the system

  • Ensure strict adherence to all retail standard operating procedures

  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned
