How will you value-add?

  • Assist in scheduling auditors for various audit jobs/projects, liaising with managers and staff at all levels.
  • Ensure staff utilization (both billable and productive) during peak and off-peak periods.
  • Assess the reasonableness of staff booking requests based on guidelines.
  • Ensure effective deployment of resources and prepare resource reports.
  • Collaborate with auditors to plan leave utilization.
  • Conduct new joiner orientation and handle related administrative tasks.

About you

  • 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Highly motivated and resourceful.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, confidence, and maturity to liaise with all staff levels.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and influencers.
  • Proficient in Excel.
